Highly recommend Blutin Finance!I approached Nojan from Blutin Finance as a first home buyer and was looking to secure a home loan. Nojan is amazing and is always ready to answer all my silly questions. I would often ask him the same question over and over again or needed him to re-clarify something and he was always willing to do so with such patience. He made everything clear and simple and took all the hassle out of securing the home loan off my plate so I could just focus on finding my future home. I met Nojan when I was desperate for my loan, my previous broker wasted my time for 2 month and I was about to lose my deposit. Nojan felt the urgency and complexity of my situation, he got unconditional approval for both the owner occupied and investment property in just 2 weeks. Helped me to refinance my previous loan and worked closely with my solicitor…He is expert in what he’s doing and I highly recommend him.
